Make sure you wet the stucco down good when doing gutter scrub, sometimes gutter products will leave what I call clean spots on stucco & siding

Drip edge stains sometimes you just need to soft brush some stronger 12% on to remove stains or specialty cleaner may be needed.

Driveway, haven't done a color stained driveway before, I am sure someone will step up and give their thoughts

If stucco isnt to bad, its all just a basic house wash.

Good luck

For your house wash I would shoot anywhere from 6-12% solution. The lower the better for limiting any possible plant issues. For the gutters we use the degreaser we carry for flat work and apply with an applicator and rinse. The degreaser does a great job and not as caustic as some other chems. Sh has had limited success for us. Can't help on the driveway.

Remember to cover with a plastic bag or whatever any brass outside light fixtures you might hit when ds you don't want to turn their color.

So is the driveway sealed or stained and sealed...you need to find out what products on there and you may be able to apply a "maintenance" coat..but if you want to strip sealant Dads easy spray is the way to go..that driveway will take a bunch..weres chappy he's the dads guy..there's a test you can do to see if its xylene based or waterbased sealant..what's down there now ? And what are his expectations..there's big money in that work

ok thanks guys. Im feeling better about the house wash but this driveway still concerns me im going to run by there in a bit and get a better look. It seems to be just a clear sealant kinda has a shimmer to it. I dont really know if it needs to completely come up or not i just want to get it cleaned up. ill post pic of concrete later

I'd be very careful with the sealed driveway, being a newbie I would not recommend high pressure nor a surface cleaner. Put a strong housewash mix and rinse with a 40* white tip. See this post http://www.ptstate.com/index.php/topic,12516.0.html

Also on the Dryvit, LOW PRESSURE ONLY! First use a normal housewash mix. Then come back on any leftover staining and use a direct application with about the equivalent of a roof washing mix. About a 4 to 6 % strength mix of sodium hypochlorite with soap hitting the surface, dwell and rinse.

thanks everyone job went great the HO's were very happy with the results, even got $100 tip. The guys wants his 2 commercial business buildings done now so couldnt ask for better turnout with this one! thanks Pat on advice on that concrete put a strong roofmix down it cleaned up real nice just used a little wand to get tire marks up, let it dry and we sealed it up using beahr wet gloss look
