Big bid

Great bid...a few of these can make you rich. 17-32k each, nice.

check to see if any of the materials are sand stone, if so, easiest way to get that done is to set up a drip line around the facade, set up a small pump to put out 300-600 psi with fan tips, it will wash up nicely, NO PRESSURE on sandstone, and for that fact even cultured coral or marble.

Does this bid package mention options for tuck pointing or water proofing? Windows? Don't miss out on great $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Hope ya get it....

BTW what lift will you use?

if you need an 80 in GA let me know, cab get you great deal.

The facade is Terra Cotta, brick and unpolished marble. They didn't ask for tuck/point,water proofing or window repairs so I didn't bid them. They are kind of choking on the number now so I have serious doubts they want to extend the scope of work.
I got a price on an 80ft articulating lift for 30days.$4400 with delivery and pick-up.
I'm hoping the job will take no more that 21,but you know how the weather is wait 5 minutes it'll change.

21 days? Why?

That Terra Acta may have fractures in it and will split or retain water waiting for a nice cold day to freeze and come undone, so please do be carefully. As well Terra gotta can sometimes be brittle and scar very easily. Terra cotta also doesn't link ANY ACID, seems to bring out deference in a big way.

Get the decision ,makers in a nice little catered lunch and explain the benefits of the point/tuck waterproofing, washing widow, and getting all these services at one time<<WHILE lift the with there are you>>, if they say it is not in the budget, increment bill them WITH 0.0% interest/ finance charge :girl_wacko: see if you can spread them out over a year or so it's
like having money in the bank.

Good luck

21 day is my conservative guess and because it'll just be me and the wife as a helper and I still have to keep my regular accounts happy so not all days will be full days.
I'll discuss the tuck/point,sealing etc tomorrow when I meet them and explain the pro's for each.
Good idea on the financing definitely something to consider.
