Bid Help?

Gentlemen, I`ve been asked to clean a small fast food buliding. Painted aluminum, w/ lots of glass (not going to do the windows).
Bid question, get sq. footage of building then back out the sq. footage of windows? Building is not very tall, about 1 story.
Also, any chemical ideas? Alum. brightener, all purpose cleaner/de-greaser? Problem seems to be built up dirt/grease. I really don`t feel like brushing, but will if I have to.
Using hot water, also have x-jet and pump sprayers.

seems to me painted alum would best be washed like a truck.
I would use a good quality truck wash and maybe add some type of ciric based cleaner to help with the greaseing.
As far as price i would do my best to guess the amount of hours it will take me and times that with my average per hr wage.
If you do use a citric based cleaner or some types of truck wash, dont let any of it dry on the glass.
With a lot of windows you should add extra time in case you need to squeegy them.
Also think about adding a water softner to the rinse water if you have a tank. It will help with the glass.
