Beware of Bidding Programs runs by industry Interest

I think its a great idea but like you were mentioning I don't need anyone for any reason getting my customer list that is information they are trusting to you. The software would be great if it can be purchased individually and kept on your own servers or desktop.

This is the most ridiculous thread on this forum. Does everyone here not understand that this is how the world works? To "warn" people about this is like someone 20 years ago "warning" people about cordless phones. No one cares about any of our customers except us. There are some absolutely amazing programs out there and if there are some people who can't take off their tinfoil hats long enough to use the new wave of programs no one cares. Just don't slam the guys that spend a ton of time money and heart in creating them

No Ed , I don't see if you are aware and the customers are residential without a subscription and user agreement in place I don't see anything wrong with this.

Lol!!!! Great example. Maybe if people had listened 20 years ago the NSA wouldn't be admitting now that they intercept our phone calls, emails, texts, driving history with black boxes and lp readers and target us for IRS audits giving the information to our adversaries.

Yeah I use my own program, I choose to stay away from these types of platforms.

Unless its a 500 company with great user agreement that's assuring me I'm safe.

I think street bidder is great, wish josh success and will tell all the people this type of marketing is great. Been doing it for years everyone knows. Cleaver added some great tracking and customer features. It will be huge I'm sure.

But to compare this how you did is careless, you won't be adding in all your commercial customers in this anytime soon. You suggesting there's no issues only adds suspicion and miss-trusts. You are a wcr sales rep!!!!

Why can there just be and honest review of a product by your camp?

Just like Angies List, MANY software programs can be great, but without integrity behind them they are dangerous.

Is there integrity behinf those who will control SB? That is the milion dollar question.

Hey I understand you make money selling the bosses products , why would you actually have a constructive opinion.

Lets asked this question, Why is it a secret?

Think maybe all the years you have been a salesmen on there staff you think it should maybe be clear who the wcr reps are instead of pretending your only a contractor?

Maybe transparency and honesty starts there, oh this way is easier.

You really don't have opinions. Anyone who can't just be direct with those he or she is marketing or selling to is hiding something. That's not certainly you!!!

Have a great time not be able to voice your own real thoughts. It would have been refreshing to see a comment like I see the concerns but I've been affiliated with these guys for x amount of years and have never seen a product or person mistreated. But you can't cause that's not the truth.
