Understood. Thanks Ted. My apologies to you and Dan.Rance, that was sort of an inside joke in that Mr. Spenser is coming to Portland the first part of February. He called me and asked if we could have lunch. But being a rude Portlander as I am, I told him to stick it. Just kidding. I actually have plans and will be out of town when during his visit. He's a great guy!

Unfortunately we do not do "Partial" House Washes. I can see that the shade from the trees in your front yard that this has promoted more mold growth at the front of your home, but if your home has not been washed in the last 1-2 years, it's on the back side also, just not as noticeable.
Being a Professional Company that relies on quality service to maintain our reputation & satisfied customers I consider "Partial" washes "Half Tail Work" a term my Father used and taught me never to do.
We can wash the whole home for $***.**.
If this is agreeable let me know and I'll get this on the schedule at your convenience.
Again Thank You For Your Request."
Their Reply................... "Guy. Sounds good. Let's get on your schedule! Can we do this before January 1, 2014."
It just takes a little explanation and to a certain extent education to turn a no sale into a sale.
