Beginning and Ending

Hey Folks,
I was a regular reading of many of your posts, but had never entered into any discussions. However I learned enough from your conversations to be in business for almost 3 years. Now I'm getting out of the business. My question is, who would be willing to take my last 7 stores that will generate about $13K over the course of a year? Would it be best to ask for a % over a year or $2,500 and walk away. Any input would be appreciated. I'm out of Knoxville, TN.
PS: Thanks for everything.

If you pull this off, my suggestion to you would become a pressure washing broker.

Throw me a bone. Tell me something that might get someone interested in talking to me about it.

I would talk to another local PWer that you know does excellent work. Ask that person if they are interested in any new accounts and if you can give them some for a small %. Myself if the job is priced properly and I can handle the extra stores it would be worth it however there would have to be stipiulations on when you would be paid and the exact % would be more like 10% in my opinion. If a grocery store is priced at 300 monthly and I give you 10%, I end up making 270 off the job and spend about 1-2 hours there. If you are leaving the business and are going to eventually give the accounts up anyways I would take what I could get but thats just my 2 cents. I have thought of selling out a portion of my business and rights to accounts but the deal did not come through and the price they will be offering is not enough to get rid of the accounts in my opinion. I am not willing to sell off 10K in equipment and 60k in accounts for a measly 8-10k. Its not worth it in my opinion. I would rather hire a good crew that I could trust and profit 20% of the 60k a year while I concentrate on other aspects of my business.
