I purchase 20 x 20 x 2 s.s. baffle filters from Aircon for about $28.00 each.
They are sturdy filters. One problem with them is that the baffles are ribbed.
I have seen smooth baffles in some captive aire hoods. They are much easier to clean. Anyone know where to get them at a dealer price. The baffles are convex, smooth and stainless steel. I think Smith filter carries square smooth baffles but they want retail price. Tough to make a profit off retail price.
