Hey Russ, in regards to "loving this economy" are you charging the bank the same price you would have charged them in 06 or have you gone up or down?
 
Did my first shopping center of the year last night. It was great to be working in a T shirt and sweating at 2:00 am. I have six more to do this month and am hoping I can add a few more to that. I know I won't be as lucky temperature wise with the rest of them. It is suppoesd to start cooling off here again.

Russ, it's a shame that people do this. There's a large national bank chain here that contracts a local company to do their cleaning, and I swear they don't even clean it! I have NEVER seen it cleaned. The curb and tire marks, chewing gum, etc, were in the same place two years ago as they are today.:mad:

That is a perfect opportunity to go and do a demo cleaning for them so they realize how dirty it is and make sure you do some gum so if/when they call for bids, they will see if the others can even compare.

Here are some more hack pics. Chris cleaned this up two months ago and followed up last month but the guy claims he lost Chris' number and got some hacks to clean it.

This is the second time we've seen them cleaning gum with a screwdriver.

The middle picture is "car wash row" right behind this location. This is a LIGHT time of day, there are some days where both sides of the street are full from one end to the other with rags waving all over the place.

Can anybody say "Reclaim?" :D

Hey Russ, what kind of contract do you use for commercial work like the banks ? I have a couple im bidding on around here and i was looking for a template to go by when i draw up my own. By the way, how did it turn out ? Were they happy with your work compared to the hacks !
