Awesome roof cleaning in Lexington KY

This Asphalt Shingle Roof in Lexington KY was infected with algae stains. The curb appeal was lost. This dirty roof stood out like a sore thumb amongst the well manicured surroundings. The stains were removed easily using our non pressure detergent application. As you can see in the following pictures, the roof was free from stains before we left. Roof Cleaning is one of our many services in the Lexington KY area.

Nice. How many gallons did you use?

My average is 1gal mix per 40 house sq ft. This is very rough idea.

Mike, great job. Is that residential house?

Yes residential home.

We used about 40 gallons on this house.

Very nice House and the Roof Cleaning looks great. :thumbup2:

Mike, 40gals of fresh sh or 40gals of mix? Did you just do the front part of the Roof? I probably would have gone through about 50 or 60 (of mix) just on the front and that's with applying 2 coats which we normally do to every Roof. My 50-60 gals of mix would have equaled out to about 20-30 of straight sh. I know it's a steep Roof which can be used to your advantage but 40 gals just seems pretty low on a Roof that size.

40 gallons of total mix. My mix was 50/50. I go stronger than most and seem to use less.

Sweet! I like the action pictures on the Roof Cleaning. Pop a few more on if ya got any. I love watching other people work. lol :thumbup2:

Good job Michael on that roof cleaning job.

I would have thought you would have used about 50-60 gallons of mix due to the pitch of the roof.

Roof cleaning turned out good.

thanks
