He has not said (because no one has gave him a quote) but I don't think that will be a problem, all he wants is someone capable of cleaning safely with out damaging home, roof and shrubbery.
Sounds reasonable to me!!
Some of you have mentioned outrageous prices, this is one of my customers and I would like him to feel like he got a good deal in the end.
This does not mean you have to work cheap, just treat him the way you would want to be treated if you wanted to hire out a professional.

due to rising fuel cost I can now get to it for 1600 to 1800 insted of the 1200 to 1500 I had originally stated

and if I dont do it in the next two weeks it will be the middle of the summer before I could get to it if not now , heck even now would be the end of next week , if you wnay the whole house priced then let me know I have a figure in mind for all of it since I have already seen your pics and specs at the roundtable

This has actually been a very interesting thread. Don't know how I missed it. Never read it before. From the initial request of a contractor to the almost silent video(except for foot steps and heavy breathing that made me feel like I was a peeping tom to the ending where Mr. picky customer is still waiting and now will be paying more $$. That is one big AZZ house though. Lots of concrete. Ide love living out there!

I completed the home, Tc and b-ball courts but I did not do the roof and to my knowledge he never got the roof done.

I just saw this thread and would not have been able to do it. Larry, I would gladly switch living spots with you. I am about 20 min from Conyers. We just got back from Vegas looking to move out there.

Kasey, I would stay away from the tc. JMO...Taking your life into your own hands with those. I know 3 guys that tried to do tc's and were soooooo sorry they ever tried. One of my friends had done a bunch of carport/garages and then had to do 3 tennis courts. Long story short. He never got paid. They applied it to the repair of the courts. I did a shuffle board court 1 time and thought I was gonna have to pay to resurface it. Lucky for me that they had intended to have it re-surfaced right after I cleaned it but no one ever told me that before I started. I almost had a hear attack when I saw how it was coming out.
Some are more adventurous than others. You may be one of those people. I used to be too, but no more...Like I said. JMO

Kasey, When I did mine I ds'ed sh and soap. (Dawn) I started using my sc......Stopped that real quick! Then just a wand doing more of a rinse than a hard wash. Same results. It wash taking what looked like oxidation off and it was all running off green. I don't really know what happened but it made me run the other way from now on...

Bottom line......don't touch it....its my last one!
someone had already cleaned it before I did a couple years ago as it shows up well on the pics after I wet the surface.
When I left, I thought it looked good, but he called me after it dried and said that the marking from the surface cleaner was still there.
I did not get paid for the courts because he was not satisfied.
One day I am going to send him the pics

USED to have that "We guarantee satisfaction" in our advertising.
Had too many "give me an education"
I did a tile roof once, that was perfect.
The man refused to pay, kept making me come back.'
After 4 trips, he turned to me and said" I am not satisfied"
I said "what would make you happy" ?
He said " for you to realize you have been screwed, that there is nothing you can do about it, and to leave me alone"
Swear to God !!
