Not sure where I got this lead from but I should land my first maintenace contract tomorrow for two buildings. I have not had time to really get out and hustle more accounts but soon I will get out more and try some demos and such. Adding a New service in 2 weeks to my business if everything goes well and will be sure and let everyone know about it.....
