I'll bet half are just gone, eating places are closing not opening. Only resent we have seen new locations. Lots of mom and pops opening, people out of work looking for a job

Its finally made the full circle. Nobody trusts anybody because they all have knives buried in their backs mostly from people they thought were their friends.
Thats what happens in the "me first" industry.

Just tag for what NFPA 96 states and note it on invoice (it's what we do in this situation) it's called CYA....
