Are houses considered buildings?

Anyhow,

I just acquired a pawn and gun shop as well as the owner of the shops house. I went in to sell a 1973 Remington 552 in mint condition, because I wanted to put the money toward a Beretta Px4 9mm. As it turns out, just from talking like a friend to the guy, he needed the front of his building done and his house. So I worked up some numbers and we ended up making a solid trade. I get the gun brand new from manufacturer and he gets his house (1300 sq.ft. and about 500sq.ft. on the front of his shop cleaned.

This was definitely a win for me, especially because he is a talker. So more may come from this yet. I should have that beautiful weapon by mid next week!

YES!

p.s. I will take photos of both and post them here...don't worry.

Are roads considered streets? Hmm? Nice trade off. Both parties are happy. Gotta love it. I get free dental work. Gotta love that one.

Barter is awesome, it will always work out in our favor. Hotel Barter is the best if you run the road, it will save you thousands a year. The Gun is awesome as well.
