Anyone still have dial up?

Are you asking this to make fun of me!?!?!? We only had dial up for quite awhile because that's all we could get where I live. It was AWFUL trying to do graphic design then having to wait an hour for files to send. About 5 years ago I added a Mi-Fi modem from AT&T, which was great because at the time it had unlimited amounts of usage. But the way it was designed, it was very easy to break. They were about $500 to replace. Then we went to Verizon's mi-fi, which only allows 5gb without overage charges. Now we have satellite internet because, again, it's the best I can do where we are. The amount of data is still limited. I'm open to suggestions!

Take the files into town and send them from the Library? They do have Broadband Wifi in the Libraries in Arkansas, don't they?

It's not such a problem now. Only if we're at the end of our limit, which was the case the other night. The satellite doesn't count against my minutes from midnight to 5 a.m. and unfortunately I'm up working a lot during those times!

Chris and Jill live right smack in the middle of Las Vegas, but their property is within a small county island surrounded on all sides by city.

That's great for never having the city complain about his trucks or things like that, but there is NO internet from the cable company at all there.

They had to go with CLEAR. They can't stream movies like they used to before, but it's not unbearable.
