anyone have a different method for a trailer washout kosher style

hello all, i have a question ? has anyone have to change chemical or use a different method for a kosher washout??? i have never been approached about this , but only heard through rumors....
 
I aint kosher... Well, it would depend on what the standards are.

I think you have to clean it first ,then get it blessed by a Rabbi..
 
no i have no clue, im not jewish either but i heard through rumors that you have to use a chemical that is kosher ... i have no clue thats why im trying to see if someone was in the same situation... hey biodude do you do much trailer washouts??? btw i think i had a conversation with jody who works with you .. very nice guy...
 
We have cleaned a Jewish kitchen many times over the years. We do the exhaust system, oven, grill, etc.

We don't do anything different than in a regular kitchen.

They have a Rabbi bless it before they use it for their next event.

hey dave when you clean fleets how do you apply your chemicals?? if im not mistaken i thought i read once that you apply your chemicals at high pressure????

Yeah, Jodys been working here for over 25 years, so he knows what he's talking about. We do quite a few washouts, mainly for the food industry. None of them have been kosher tho!

Hello A.TRKWASH,

We use hose end sprayers. Generally we apply low pressure (100 psi or so).

Our high pressure lines are ball valves so we can use those line with the ball valve opened just a little. On our Red truck we have a 2000 psi, 2 gpm pump that we use for applying detergents. The orifice in the sprayer is so large that I estimate that we are spraying at about 100 psi.

These hose end sprayers are adjustable at the head so we can vary the concentration of the product being sprayed.

hey dave i used those sprayers / foamers in my detail shop.. they worked pretty good even when the men dropped them on the floor.... the only problem was the front black piece cracked once... i used city water pressure to them (45-50 psi)
