Has anyone had any experience with delux out of fort worth? Were you happy with their product and service?

This is Michaels business and he is now running things at Delux, his dad is Robert who founded the company. Michael and Robert along with Larry Hinckley of Delux (formerly Delco Cleaning Systems of Ft Worth) are all very knowledgeable and respected members of the power wash community, very professional people to deal with in my oponion.

I have bought stuff from them in the past and will recomend them to anyone on this BBS
 
Delux, I buy all my machines from them. Never had a problem with warranty issues, of which I have had one...A LONG time ago, about 20 years ago, or so. I would say that is a good track record.
Honestly, they are some fine people.

If you can't work on your own equipment don't buy out of town, if you can maintain and fix your own equipment when its broken then purchase from an online vendor. Gary will give you problems and fits working on equipment he didn't sell you, you will get pushed to the back of the line and not treated really nicely if you don't get it from him.
 
Yea just purchased from them for the first time I believe, we'll see how it goes.
 
Delux is a great company!! Great people!!
 
I buy from Delux and get my parts quickly (they are here in Texas).

They are great to do business with and are very knowledgeable.

Chris brings up a great point, a lot of local places will give you a hard time if you don't buy from them so that might be something to think about, local service is something that you will need until you know how to work on things yourself if you don't know how to already. You can always find other places to work on your equipment if you want to drive further out of town or to other smaller cities.
