Anyone Clean Applebees

I need somw info on the applebees , I was working with a a regional manager named Jeff on trying to get the Mississippi Applebees locations a while back . I went and talked to a new regional manager last week named steve loften and he seemed very intrested. I got a call Thursday from a facilities management Corp that says they handle all the service and cleanings for the applebees and that they were looking for a company that could offer a better price and also do some extra cleaning .. I said Ok .. I wonder what they are paying now.????

I know nothing about them, but They want a lower price but want you to do more work , figures. Check it out but dont price it to low just to get the work. Everybody always wants something for nothing it seems

Man this is wierd it's like 11:15 PM HERE in Mississippi and out of the blue the phone rings , Hey B&R this is Applebeesn on County Line Rd , can you come clean our vent hood tommorrow night.. Whats really wierd is that I did not have anything scheduled so I said sure I will be there.. We didn't even talk price and I have never cleaned an applebees before.. Wow I left one business card on Monday and Boom just like that another account.. I think maybe the last company just didn't cut the Mustard
