I have seen curb cleaning units, different chemical wands etc. Brag on your facrication and ideas. If you have ideas, share them.
Anybody got some useful homeade tools ?

I think this would fall into the "Tips and Tricks" already started on here but anyhow I have a couple I like to share with people.
The handle with two holes drilled for nozzles allowing easy access.
Obviously a shortened wand for close quarters applications.
The picture of the quick coupler attaching to a hose reel is probably the biggest money saver,..there is no need to buy expensive swivels. A basic quick coupler will work the same way. It will swivel just fine attached this way. The only thing you may have to do is use a hold down clamp for the hose, but I never have to, the weight of the hose is usually sufficient.

I think I could use that close quarters wand.
Espec has the split part for about 28 bucks. I might just buy that. But I'd still have to shorten it some. Realistically I'd like one starts about an inch before the split and only goes about an inch after the split.
I've never seen one as short as the one you made.

I don't swivel like that but see your point. Once the seal wears out just change it out like any other. I use the same pipe reducer pictured.. 
Most my diy stuff is not pressure wash specific. I do things like the pepsi canister hvlp sprayer, twin flojetted bucketster sprayer. My most useful is a 20" arrayed grinder head made from home depot parts that copies an expensive commercial offering ran off low speed buffer. With it I can run a wide selection of grinder tooling that allows me to strip paint, grind prep concrete, or even diamond polish.
ps- oh but then my other most useful DIY tool is my microfiber finish applicator system that is way heavier duty then anything ya can buy. It utilizes dust mop type metal parts and readily available plastic tote bungied to mechanics crawler dolly...bamm! can you say 10k of pro floors in less than an hour?
