Any business in restaurant floor cleaning

Worked in restaurants when I was younger and everyone of them at least once a week completely soaped and mopped/scrubbed the floors at night. Just thought about a higher temperature wash instead at once a week. You guys do this? Or that not how they do it anymore?
Or if you do something similar?

Thanks!

Btw, not exactly sure if this was the right forum for this one. If not, sorry! Feel free to move it!

We used to do it for Red Lobsters but not anymore(cutbacks) we would degreese the floors and run a surface cleaner over them with hotwater.

They come out great!! we still do restrooms for Walgreens and they love it, it's a good add on for your buisness..

Sounds awesome Nick. How long it take you to do a place like RL? And I'm assuming you did late a night, or early morning? I know your vampire equipment doesn't see daylight. :D

I have done them before.....charged .20 a sq and had to reclaim because the drain did not work.....

We did them right after closing, it was set up with the manager to have someone stay after close and wait on us to finish, about 40min to do the kitchen and bar area.

Then we would go outside and do their sidewalks and dumpster area.We did this every month.Price was $175.00 interior floors and $150.00 sidewalks and $100.00 dumpster pad. These prices are about 2 years old, as we dont do them anymore..

Thanks for the info! Moved onto something else or the need for it tapered off?

AS i stated in my other reply, they had cutbacks and did away with it..

Oh, maybe I misread you, sorry. I meant overall, not just Red Lobster. Or you may be talkin about cutbacks everywhere, not just RL. :D
