I had to answer this question because I read it…..

I would definitely bid this job for using a lift. A condor lift would be my choice! Anyway I have some other ideas first. Rent some portable scaffolding, or even better do this top portion from the parapet.(roof )

I really see no need until a building is three stories to get into lift equipment. you can build a plank about ten feet high and stand on it. (Scaffolding) It’s maybe better than renting a lift. Besides your landscaping around this project is beautiful. Has anyone besides me ever attempted to use a lift around dirt and water? It’s a mess……

I would go from the roof first and then use the portable scaffolding.

I had to answer this one!

Hey baseball is going great and I’m having fun. Since I post less I want them to count. This was one that bothered me because I feel it wasn’t getting the right answer. anyway lets play ball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ron, I agree with you about the lift . I would use a knuckle boom as they are easier for this type of job. We did a 15.000 sqoare foot building a while back woth one person on the ground for safety and completed the job in about 16 Hrs. Just add the cost in the bid.
