Another guy with no knowledge...

I was simply refering to what we pay to have our offices cleaned. As far as pressure washing in our area the standard rate is 185.00 for a man, truck and trailer 4 hour minimum. If we recover the water and reuse or filter for discharge we charge 400.00/hr. Usually we get more because we work on a bid basis. This is for industrial cleaning and parking garages. Houses we brush and spray down and average 680.00 for a two story and it takes about three hours. Trucks we pass on and Masonry restoration cleaning goes for 3.00/sq ft. My boss will more than likely be mad I posted pricing but I thought this might help.

I am paraphrasing this famous quote, so bear with me:

"Great minds talk about ideas.
Average minds talk about events.
Small minds talk about people."

Don't you guys have anything better to do?
Maybe next week you can follow your competitors around with a video camera.
I like a good joke every now and then, but it kinda gets old.
To late, people on here are already following thier competition around with cameras. Those who laugh at the unfortunate and out of work may one day be in the same position.

William, your last sentence put things into perspective for me. I didn't mean to "laugh at" the ones that run around with small Home Depot pressure washers. I hope my post didn't give the wrong impression. I'm not one to mock and make fun of others. I shouldn't have even posted that.

I actually give them credit for doing what they need to do to make it in today's tough economy.
