Another gutter streak question

What can I use if the streaks on gutter has run onto house and has discolored paint? This is probably a basic question but it's new to me I tend to focus on hard surfaces. Thanks for your help

If it is black streaks use the same treatment that you would use on gutters. Just be sure to test in a small area first.
