Another grease containment system

i dont understand why the hood dose'nt vent directly to the fryer. Wasteing all that good TALLOW.
If people knew what they were eating or putting on their face do you think they would still use or eat what they now do?
If food wont stick to teflon. Then why arnt the duct's teflon coated? Because the grease would drip back down?
Do you want it to stick?
 
Is Matt the only one out there with a camera?

If you guys like the idea of my trying to insert in the NFPA 96 in November 2003 the following statement at 11.4 to the effect that:

"IF COMPLIANT TO THIS STANDARD, the entire exhaust system shall be cleaned...


With your photograghic help I want to show that many exhaust systems can't be cleaned because they are not up to the Standard. They are junk. So why is the vent cleaning having to take the blame?

You have a chance to make a real change here guys. But you have to get of your butts and get me some pictures of leaking ducts and other things that caused you to NOT be able to clean the beast properly.

So far I have only Matt's contributions. As you can imagine they are beauties! But I need more if I am going to prove a point to the Committee.

I NEED YOU HELP.
 
i screwed up and did'nt buy the cell phone with the cam built in.
Anyone that has verizon should get the picture takeing phone.
It would really give this BBS a whole new demension.
 
Ron I tried the sprint picture phone and it was junk, the flash would go off but he picture was still very dark, it didn't even take very good pictures in the day time.
