Hi thanks for your responses I left a message for Ron russ and scott
Scott to be fair I asked the 5 simple words be deleted and it was.
The whole thread gone period over.
Now for posting of no large and red words I understood what russ was saying
for you or anyone to keep highlighting the quote repeatedly seem insensitive
And for any one that thinks subject isnt worthy of discussion dont respond the thread will vanish

I have seen people say on their thread recently

I talked with David today, I'm certain he can send the city requirements.

We all know that citys have laws about this that need to be followed.

My direction is to have future citys write them responsibly.

Everyone need to read the CWA, when you read it please comment. Until then I would stay out of this fight.

Property owners need to be responsible and put the correct availiable systems.

I have found that Coastal citys and property adjacent to US water have complience issues.

I'm researching this now.
