Trying to get a flight but everything is leaving no later than 3:30pm so I would have to be at the airport around 1:30pm.

I am thinking it would be easier to just stay over until Monday and leave in the morning.

I see that southwest does not fly into there, only Birmingham.

We are flying into Birmingham (Southwest). All the other airlines were crazy with their rates. Southwest was pretty reasonable.

Did you say you flew into Birmingham last year? How hard was it to get the rental car?

I did not have a reservation but it was not that big of deal.

The drive from Birmingham to Prattville was around 50 minutes I think, mostly highway. I took my GPS.

Tell me your flight times, maybe we could carpool?

Flying into Birmingham gave me the best rates but then you have to rent a car. I will keep looking.

I got off track, sorry.

When I got off the plane, I just followed the signs and there were a lot of car rental places, you made the reservation and then walked out of the airport across the little street where people get dropped off and walk into the parking garage and look for the company you rented from.

Dropping off the car was easy too, actually a nice experience and very friendly people, unlike here where I live. hahaha

Feel free to call me in the evenings, we can talk about it.

I am getting ready to go out of town for a couple days.

Are the starting times, driving instructions along with the name of the building we will meet in listed anywhere?

starting times are not established yet, Probably 9am on Saturday and 8am on Sunday for demos and stores from vendors ect.....

Saturday will be at a confrenece room yet to be determined and Sunday will be at the hotel listed on the site
