access panels exposed to weather

What kind of panel would you use in this case, needs to be on the top of the duct, no where else to put it, and it will be exposed to the weather. I'm thinking a duct mate door won't be the solution here. Don't want a water problem later.
 
Flame Gard can make you a galvanized one
 
Ductmate has a new UL door that looks very good. Just saw one this week.
