Unfortunately its not her business and she has now lost her Dad 10's of thousands of dollar worth of business. Its sa shame really.
 
Scott... It is a shame because her dad is suffering from her mistakes (as we with children can certainly understand). And it can only be speculated as to whether she was the one not delivering or it is here father using her as a sheild. I don't know either of them but I have a feeling that Rex is a down to earth, old school guy who just keeps his nose to the grindstone and was letting Lori work the intermet "techy" side of things. So do we punish Rex for the mistakes his daughter made? Is it Rex's responsibilty to make these things right (after all the buck does stop at him)? I think that it is too bad that this happened to Rex, but at the same time, he has to be held responsible for someone in his employee. He could have come on here and made things right and put it to bed. I hope it all works out in the end.
 
If one puts themselves in an enviroment such as this to have their words scrutinized and opionated upon, one must realize that not all who share this same enviroment will harbor the same sentiment.
In laymen's terms: if you don't want people all up in your business, don't put yourself in a public forum.

Maybe that's why I don't post much anymore...

After reading all the posts on this thread and then going back 6 days ago to read all the original posts, it appears to me that the lady who felt wronged should not have aired her dirty laundry until it was totally resolved.
99 percent of the people responding to this don't actually have any idea what's being doing to solve this problem.
People are jumping to conclusions and saying some pretty sarcastic things concerning another business.

Suppose one of your customers became upset with you and published her anger in the local newspaper??????????????? The public don't know if she's telling the whole truth or not. She might not even know the whole truth.
Some of you people seem pretty bullheaded to me.

I notice that this supplier is not speaking publicly about the problem with the surface cleaners. My hats off to them.

Have you ever seen one of those National Geographic specials where the hyenas are once again pulling meat from the body of an animal that isn't even dead yet?????????????????

I actually hope to be able to do some business with PWP in the near future.
If their past reputation is any indication, it will be a pleasure.

Problems occur from time to time.
In the end, I'll bet both sides of this will be satisfied when all is said and done.

What you fail to see here is that Lori could of resolved this from the very start and did not want to take any action to resolve the problem.

The bigger problem now is not Lori, But Lonnie. How is he going to get his money back???

I will also Not order anything from her in future.

You would have a point if lori had not responded publicly or when she did, refuted the charges. But she didn't deny them, all she did was defend their decision to to not give a refund.

And now, thanks to nikki outing PWPs business practices a lot of guys won't do business with them. Lori has a habit of picking fights about things she knows nothing about with potential clients, which is why I won't do business with them. This is just icing on the cake.

If lori is banned this thread should be locked down since she can not respond.

Yep, sorry, I forgot to lock the thread. There are a couple of points that I need to make.
1. I gave a couple of opportunities for Lori to respond to me privately, so I could see where I should let this go. She chose not to, but instead tried to cast enough aspertions to make others look guilty. It is also obvious that she does not understand Libel, and how the law works.
2. I got to listen to Ron give me grief for banning her. I don't care, he can go pound sand, as well.
3. I am almost to the point of giving all vendors a very short leash, until they prove themselves, customer service wise. In my opinion, there are a few that have proved themselves, Russ at Southside, Nicole at Sunbright and Delux/Delco are three that have consistently proven their professionalism, and can have free reign. I have either had bad experiences with others, or know people that I trust that have, to be leary of other distributors.

Take it as you will, and I probably ticked Ron off again. No doubt I will be getting a call shortly.
