I was in quite a bind on Tuesday with some equipment problems the day before a critical job. Actually, my problems were taking place at 5pm when I had to leave at 7am the next morning and had to have a solution.

Tom Vogel went well above and beyond any expectations I ever had or ever will have of a distibutor. It was almost 9pm by the time I got to his shop.......and he had me up and running that night..........and just in time to get home, get some sleep, and take care of business the next morning.

I can't thank Tom enough for his help in this matter. ACR Products sells HydroTek pressure washers and Ready Seal among many other things. Some products he may not be able to sell nationwide...........but you can ask him about that. His prices are very reasonable as well.

I have heard many similar stories from other contractors who have dealt with Tom. He was also one of the contributing attendees of our VERY successful Roundtable. Tom is certainly an asset to the industry and a great guy. Good story Mike!
 
Mike, I too have had some things come up and Tom was right there for me. I cant say enough about the support he has given me.
 
I have to agree with you all. Tom's customer service is like no other I have ever dealt with. I wish he would get that website stuff of his up and running. I can't wait to see his new shop when he gets it running.
 
Last year was my first year in the power washing business. Tim McCulla and I met in a chat room one night and he referred me to Tom.

Tom talked me out of putting a power washer in the back of my pickup and sold me a trailer mounted unit which was the right choice. After sever months a 12 foot box truck became available so with Tom’s help I took the unit off the trailer and mounted in the truck. To make a long story short the truck need some major engine repair and there was no easy was to get the unit back on the trailer.

I told Tom what had happened and he loaned me his personal trailer until my truck was fixed. This is going way above and beyond the call of duty.

Tom has helped me with many power washing questions, problems and issues and has become a personal friend.

I can tell a similar story of Brandon Whitney of PSI in Garden Grove, California. We had a major breakdown on a Saturday night, I called Brandon's cell phone to see if any of his techs would be willing to work on Sunday. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and agreed to open his shop for me on Sunday morning to get me out of my bind. It is not a service I would abuse, but its great to know you have a backup plan when all else fails.

Tom is a Tird!

No, not really, but everyone is saying such nice things about him I thought I would bring him back down to earth.

Tom just delivered me 20 gallons of "sealer peeler" on the Sunday of Memorial day weekend at the shore. I live here and don't want to drive to the corner store for milk with all the traffic. Now, that is customer service!
