A Little Concrete Cleaning

Got some new Chemical the other day ..

2 cups of Caustic Soda in a pump up sprayer with hot water.. spray oil stains and let dwell 20 minutes..

Go over with surface cleaner ( 3500 psi @ 4 gpm at 200 degrees )

Then Go Back Over with Sodium Hypochloride and

LALALALALALA

Rinse

Done Deal.........( Show me the Money )

Thanks to Carolina Pressure Wash For turning me on to this Sodium Hypochloride , this stuff rocks..

I just cleaned as building today that hade a lot of green mold on the stucco and just spraying the sodium Hypo on it made it disappear before I could even rinse it.. ( GOOD STUFF)

What is so special about the Hypochlorite------Oh by the way it is always good to talk to a Mississippi fellow------I was raised in Natchez. Good job on the cleaning.....Let me know about the cleaner.

any ways the 15% ( sodium Hypo ) works great where algee and fungus are on the high parts of the building. You spray it on with a good pump up sprayer and rinse.. This stuff works so good I could almost rinse with a garden hose and sprayer.. I however did use my whitco machine with the burner on .. My customer's like to see all that steam and stuff flying everywhere.. Go Figure..

I was in Natchez a while back recharging a fire system at a Krystal Hamburgers....

One thing to remember with caustics.... watch your local waste waster discharge regulations..... your profits could decline if the disharge ph is too high. Just a thought.

Caustic Soda in 25 lb bags run $25.00
with a $100.00 dollar min.

The Sodium Hypo was $69.00 for 55 Gallons... Ithink you can get the 10% stuff a little cheaper than the 15 % ....

I think they have other locations besides Mississippi.. But there prices are by far the best I have Found...
