Hey guys, got a call today and a theater accepted my bid. Exterior cleaning around the top of the front of their building...All this blackness! To me it looks like SH should work, want to see what you guys think.

In my past those lines on that paint are gonna be a bear hope i am wrong but we did a bank like that pita.

Brick also tends to take more of a medium pressure rinse than a true soft wash.

If a lot of the black is algae then my mix would be strong sh, EBC, and a shot of snot for cling. Let dwell then rinse with a little pressure.

Absolutely...gonna take a few products but really hoping for SH since I bid it under that assumption and the other products have a much larger price tag.

What theater is this? Definitely post after pics we get calls from time to time for building washes which isnt our core comp and it would be nice to know someone we can recommend or work with.

Magic with a touch of SH, dwell, sh/tsp, dwell. love making, dwell and a dash of pressure, but not enough to damage surface.
