A good brush made better

I love the scrubbing power of a boars hair brush when I'm doing neglected windows. However since I have started using the Gardiner Quick Loq to attach my brushes I needed to modify my old boars hair to work with the way my poles are set up. Here's a video on how I did that -

Do you find that the boars hairs around the jets tend to get in the way of the rinse flow? I'm having trouble with this and wonder if I should just trim the hair back.

I don't have issues with the pencil jets on this brush. However if you trim the bristles around the jets it should fix it for you.
