52 store wants a bid. ( photo’s)
These store are pressure washed every 15 days. For obvious reasons I cannot tell you what they are. We started looking at the stores Friday Sept 20, 2002.
I’m displaying these photos in attempt to show you what your competition might be doing. I take these photo’s to show the upper management that they have not been receiving the pressure washing they have been paying for.
We talk about standards and what they should be? I feel it should be as clean as it can be. Some say Ron, customers are not willing to pay to have it cleaned. I say that’s your mistake for not educating the customer to what pressure washing is really about. If someone wants a rinse I tell them use there bus boy or dish washer and save your money. I will not knowingly charge someone for pressure washing and deliver nothing more than they can do themselves with a garden hose. If I did I would be called prohosewash or prorinsewash.
Setting the standard, I live in a city with 8 million people. I still believe my small company with my one rig has made a difference. If you have a nitch or market even with one machine you can make a difference.
I will simply post as many of these 52 location as we can in this thread. Keep in mind that I will also post photo dates. We will retake these photo’s every couple of weeks. Also keep in mind these photos are going to each GM, DM & regional offices. They where requested as apart of our bidding process.
This should be and interesting thread, I will not discuss pricing on this particular account so don’t ask. I will not give any descriptions of this account. This is a live bid and we are doing it as we speak.
Feel free to ask questions about the demos , we will be retaking some not all. This photo & video demo stuff takes a lot of time. There will be three people taking pictures and two gals in the office processing the portfolios.
