Five Million Dollar Liability Policy

I have a mall requiring a 5 million dollar policy – has anyone run into this? My agent says it can’t be had for our size of companies.

I paid 4500 a year for a CG29 added on to my policy. New construction contractors in arizona wont hire you with out it.

I have no complaints due to the fact it another advantage agaist fly by nighters.

I feel for yah David, Mine certainly has not gone down.

I took mine up last year. I cant stand they want to meet annually now to increase and check records.

My insurance rates go by my gross dollars....

We carry a 2 million policy and I have NEVER had anyone require anything higher...most people want 1 Million - I went with 2 just to be safe.

I heard malls and stadiums, places that have a high loss risk, will be going to 6million in the next few years.

Nationwide gives me great prices on my auto and home but once they understood pressure washing was a major component of the new business I wanted to start, they stopped being ready to issue business liability to me. They said Nationwide doesn't have a code for pressure washing and they would have to shop it out to another insurer. I haven't heard from them since. Joe Walters Ins Agency seems to be handling it okay for me now.

i am about to drop joe walters?!! they only provide ins. for pw... no post construction clean-up no landscaping and i dunno what else? hood cleaning?
