Selling is a multi dimensional process. The sellers goals are not always known. Why would a person go though the process and not sell a single item. Well he could be probing for new information, or he could be gearing for process acceptance.

After initial list of equipment, you have changed equipment from the original list. You are gaining information and changing you program. You are attempting to set your program up as a standard of sorts and not getting far because your process is only accepted by those NEW to the industry.

Simply put, just respond to questions and participate in the process. This can be done without selling your system process.

Some of us would like to see you participating more in sharing information and process. Hood cleaning is not magic-it is a simple process that can move the cleaning along, from the smallest job to the most complicated jobs. Most of us share the process with others and nothing is asked.

Clearly we're not on the same page here. I'm not sure how I can expain it any differently.

It doesnt matter what you sell, Rusty..............I'm glad you're passionate about what you do, and I"m glad to have you post on the board, but you need to adhere to the rules for vendor posting.

Any posts that do not adhere to those rules WILL be edited, moved, or removed.

Nothing you say is "offensive" to me. It's my job to apply the rules consistently to everyone, plain and simple.
