24 hp Honda parts

We got a burned 24hp honda from the insurance company.

All the plastic parts are burned and a few of the connecting rods are missing. All the stuff to do with the air filter are gone. Carb might be a messed up too from the fire.

If anyone has a blown 24 hp honda sitting around we'd be willing to give $200 for the top parts we need if the carb is there. If not we'd be willing to pay $125.

The parts are around $400 with the carb or $225 without it new.

Just a shot in the dark before we order the overpriced Honda parts.

Tony, I have 2 shells of what once were 24 HP hondas. You can have them if you'd like. We were going to recycle them. Any exterior part that's removable has been sold off elsewhere.

Thanks Kyle, but you've probably already sold the stuff we need. We need all the plastic air filter stuff and connections from the filter to the carb.

I may be able to help you out I have a few here that threw a rod or spun the key and wrecked the shaft. Let me talk to the owner I have been holding them for parts for him. Let me know the model and spec off the side by the starter so I can see if they will match up.
