2010! The economy IS recovering!

Just looked at our YTD and we are up 33% over last year and 19.5% over Net Income.

We are just finishing the pressure washing of a 55 building townhome community and will be starting on the roofs this week. That has not been put on the books yet.

I have three other large communities booked right after this one and the residential side is going nuts. I just hope we can keep up. This is going to be a big year and I am really going to start pushing much harder on the commercial side...I hate to admit that I have been somewhat slack there but will be making a concerted effort to grow that more.

Our marketing and brand awarness has not let up, we need to get another commercial on the air soon and our Gurrilla efforts are working well too.

exact opposite in south florida half of what we did last year. every tom, dick & harry with a pressure washer stuffed in their trunk doing jobs for a third of what we charge. Roofs for $99.00 and throw in the driveway for free. doing HOA sidewalks for $0.05 square foot. We cannot compete in this market. it sucks!

Don't let it get you down.....the guys with pw'ers in their trunks are goign to do a shitty job. There is even a place for the lowballers in the market, you dont have to play in that ball field. Market toward the higher end homes and focus on the HOA's that know the value of te service you provide.

We are way up on YTD aswell, we've added a few new contracts to our workload, but nothing significant yet in 2010...

I guess we have been working smarter, upselling and are becoming more efficient.

I've also been able to take more time off and enjoy it!! :boring2:

Just gone over the numbers... 117.5% increase YTD as of today!!

Website leads have accounted for about 50% of the increase.
