2008, Whats everyone going to do?

My plan is a plan for 2008-2010
1st is get my office up & running properly ( I'll have some questions for a lot of folks out here) It may take some time, but the way i do stuff now I waste a lot of time, that has to change.

I am & going to join & participate in at least a few biz associations. From Chamber of Comm, to trade associations. Get my face out there and recognized by all.

I want to corner my market and then expand into other areas of the region within the next couple years. I'm working up a plan of attack and hopefully getting my office running properly will help with that attack

This year and definitely 2009, I am going to go for a lot of maint type work (theres a zillion restaurants, fast food, malls & strip malls etc etc) I need to stop giving this type of work to my competition and go after the work. Theres a lot of partimers that get this work and I need to get it from them

I just want to be more focused than ever and aggressive. I want to continue to grow this biz and see how far i can go.

I am just starting up, so for 2008 I want to move forward. By the end of the year I want to have better equipment. I also want to have a name established that is known for doing a high quality job. I would like to have a few accounts for townhome and apartment complexes that are at least bi-annual service contracts. I would also like to get involved with the pwna to learn newer and better teniques and safer chemicals to be applied to jobs.

I am excited about starting in the power washing business. I know it will be a bumpy road but it will be worth it.
 
Hopefully training someone to take on my CPW duties - I'm focusing on multiple different organizational type projects, including the networks.

Working on our marketing plan and continuing to expand and refine the services we offer. We continue to market heavily in the winter, We bought the company in Binghamton last year and didnt really market as well as we could have.

We have a significant amount of work booked already, But I want to add another full time cleaner and a full time stainer to the staff
 
Im going to put Every SINGLE DIME into the company... Hopefully insurance =X Start going to houses that have ALOT of mold on them so i can give them a sample of what the rest of there house can look like ha maybe a good idea, maybe a waist of time, ONLY TIME WILL TELL..
 
would like to establish strong customer base in KEC cleaning will be starting up as of Jan. 1st I've spent the last 3 months or so setting up my truck,buying equipment and learning all I can. My plan will be to knock on as many doors as possible. Will be logging on more often hope to get to know you all better in 08. dh:D
 
hope to get monthly accounts even if i have to do fleets, residential s...cks.its been raped by the 99 dollar guys. and if you knock on doors they think you got some left over material and they want half price.

Good luck on the house Russ and man would I love that shop.

I just leased another 1000 sq ft unit next to what i have. I'd love to buy some commercial land and put up a good sized warehouse building, but land is just to darn expensive around here. 20 miles out its a lot cheaper but its in the wrong direction for my biz.
