2006 Wages for Help.

I know there are older posts on this but I want to get a feel for more current wages.

I want to know what is the best way little guys not the Flue Steams, The Bryan Exhausts, or the Ron We own Arizona Flatwork companies pay their crews and more specifically their right hand man cats?

This is more geared toward Greasers but I think it would be good to gage the flatwork cats too.

I want to be fair, i do not want to be greedy, if I am making more money i want my dude to make better money too. I could see him getting pissed off and quiting because he gets faster and we do more Jobs per night that when he first started..so i am thinking a percentage per job...but not the Phat percentages that some of the monster companies can afford. Keep in mind I would like room to bump the percentage up in the future. I just want to be fair so lay it on me brothers and sisters...how much do I pay my cats?

Now Russ i don't live as far south as you but almost and everyone I hire may not know how to spell but they know how to take a cigerate break or as the Queens english go "I need a fag break!"
 
$125.00 a night in town $150.00 a night out of town.
 
$10 - $15 in Houston Texas. They can take all those illegals and send them home... They shoot you the bird here if you ask them to work for $10/hr.
