2 Story Boat Dock Deck Restoration League City, Texas - Aqua Clean Pressure Wash

Hello PWI, Its been a long time since ive been around here since everything that was going on with my family, Since then business has started to pick up, and Landon has been doing wonderfully, I wanted to share some pictures, of a deck restoration we just finished up. I have to say this was one of the most difficult and tricky decks we have done, there was a ton of detail work, and being that we were over water their were alot of eviromental procedures we had to follow. But in the end it came out great, and I just wanted to share.

We used Ready Seal Dark Red 030.

Landon is doing great every health problem they said he would have over the his first 6 months at home, never happened, he is a healthy happy smiling boy.

As for the job, we used sodium percarb to clean it compared to our conventional methods using hydroxide. Percarb is biodegradable, and safe for fresh water, and vegetation, we also hung massive ammounts of heavy tarp under the entire deck during the staining process.

Being its an Oil Based stain this was our main concern. the tarps did a nice job of catching all the excess stain, on the railings and vertical areas, we used 5 foot shields, to block the stain from the excess the wind would blow from landing in the water.

this deck took much longer than anticipated, but we did manage to stay 100% compliant.
