1st Paying Client

So far we have practice with our own homes (too include other family members as well). We seem to have ironed out most of our little wrinkles and will continue to do so as more appear. But after a couple of quotes I'm proud to announce that After Hours Pressure Washing LLC has it's first paying client. I'll post some Before/After pics of the work we'll be doing mañana.

Thanks everyone for sharing your knowledge and experience with us.

Its a cool feeling, isn't it? Its even cooler when you have so many customers that you can't keep track of them all by yourself.

I've created a spread sheet (one for Commercial Clients and the other for Residential Clients) ... that way I can keep track of what work we did, when we did it and what did we charge ... I also have some columns in there titled "Quote", "Quote Date", "Price", "Quotes Accepted y/n" ... that way I can also keep track of what estimates we have done and what client information that way we know this is what we offered you and what your answer was, so we don't loose track as to what we offered to who.

Congrats! Also that is a good idea with the spread sheet.

Thanks ... I hope I did a good job with the pictures ... I know some areas were still in the process of drying up ... don't know if it's best to knock out the all of the pics while you're still there or do y'all think it may be better to take them the following day (take the opportunity to do a follow up with the client as well) ... what y'all think/suggest?
