12 volt acid pump

Henry Bockman

Maryland Pressure Washing
Does anyone have a 12 volt HVLP sprayer that puts out about 200PSI and 1.5-3gpm? I need something that will spray STRONG acid like hydrochloric and stronger acids.

Please email me information and prices at: henry@henryshousework.com

You have IGNORED 3 requests I made to be added to your Directory Henry.
The Delavan 5850 pumps are only 125.00.
They are made out of
Polyproplyne - Acid Resistance to 37 percent Hydrochloric is rated at C
Viton Valves - Rated A - Excellent for Hydrochloric
Santropene Diapraghs I am still looking at

I believe the Delavan will work, for awhile!
It will have to be rinsed right away, but it should do the job.'
WHY you need 200 psi I dont know ?
The Delavan will do 60 PSI, and can be turned up to 100.

Please add me to your directory ?

BTW, use natural rubber hose, it has A Rating for acid.
Do NOT use PVC Hose, especially Nylon.
Neoprene is OK, too, not as good as natural rubber

Hey Apple,

There are only about 5 people I've ever ignored and your not one of them. I've never seen any request to add you to the directory. Besides, I can't.

It's set up for people to do it themselves with their own private user name and password. That way you can make any changes you want if you move or change phone numbers and it's completly secure.

Visit: http://www.pressurewashcompany.com/directory/register.php

Then register your company and make sure you don't use abbreviations when you sign up.

Thanks for the info on the pump, I really only need 40 PSI or so with about 2GPM but I'm checking my options. I do need something with an A rating for hydrochloric acid though.

I've tried other pumps with the same type of ratings you listed and they last for a while but I use them for 10-12 hours strait and they just get eaten up before I even try flushing them out.

:) I was the first person in our Industry to use John Blue Pumps.
I spotted the John Blue DP 193, and called John Blue.'
This was before they got bought out by CDC.
I inquired about the DP 193, and they told me it was a favorite of farmers in California who sprayed ACID fertilizer.
I resoned if it was good enough to hold up to acid, it might suit my purposes.
I used one for a year, great pump - 250 PSI at 19.3 GPM, NO BS, it will REALLY do it.
I rinsed it right out after every job, was happy.
Unfortunately, my company soon became more hem me and a grund guy in a single truck.
WE ran 3 trucks in our day, and employees did not rinse them out.'Bye Bye Pumps.'John Blue has a new pump, I dont use it.
Mel Everett from Vero Under Pressure uses and sells them, check with him.
I will go TRY and register :)

Thanks, I sent them a request for info.
You are WELCOME Henry :)
You have been on my mind since you requested an acid pump for the work you do.
I have had to learn about pumps that stand up to harsh chemicals, being a roof cleaner.
What I learned, I have been able to transfer to the needs of my cleaning brothers in other fields.
For instance, I learned that VITON is not very good for Sodium Hydroxide, EDPM is a lot better!
So, for my greaser friends, they can choose a better pump material then VITON since they spray Sodium and Potassium Hydroxide.

I hope this works out for you :)
