10 GPM cold water like new

A little over 5 weeks later, it shows up. It's made by chongqing rato. The only flaws I could find with the unit is that the dipstick has some real sh**ty plating on it, the oil cooler bolts are a touch loose and it had some light oil spilled on it. As always, I'll run it in without a load for 5 hours, loctite a few things and rewire it.

I'm building a skid that will be a touch over 6 Sq ft, it will have two hose reels, the pressure washer, two roof pumps, accumulator, battery and the gas tank.

Nice. Got about 110 hours on mine. No problems. I had a charging issue. I think I solved it . Found out there is a 7 amp charger on it.

What pump are you putting on it?

Tsf2021, 8gpm. I don't need any bigger than that and the tsf comes in at a good price. I built another unit with a 420 and a ts2021 a couple weeks ago. I haven't run any water through it yet to see where I'll be exactly with psi, it's still winter.

What charging issue were you having?.

After about 90 hours, battery ran down, and it was slow starting for two weeks or so. Then one day, it didn't have enough juice to start. Unhooked everything. Cleaned all contacts and tightened down. Then charged up the battery. It's been about 7-8 days, and it seems to have plenty of juice. I think I bought too small a battery also. Think I am going to buy another one and set up a spare. This one will be 9 gpms at 3000 I think. It bypasses a little because of hose size and length. I lose a lot of pressure with 10 gpms and a 3/8 hose.

The engine is solid and it runs great. I love it. Will never go back to anything under 8 gpm's.

My fuel pump went out after a few hours. No problems since then. It starts and runs with no complaints and is decent on fuel. I can wash 4 houses with six gallons or about 6 hours of run time.

I've only used the 5.5 I built for about 25 minutes. I get 2900 psi with 200' of hose with that one.

My first one blew up with 210 hours on it. Had a spare. Been running it for about 6 weeks, no problems. I bought a 28 hp Robin Subaru and am about to put it together with a udor/gearbox combo 10 gpm@ 3000 psi. Can't stand thought of engine blowing up and leaving me stranded, so I'll keep the predator as a spare. The new engine has fuel injection and I heard it is very good on gas. The predator sucks down over a gallon per hour. I haven't had fuel pump issues on my predator, but a lot of people have had to replace the pump right away.
