1 or 2 man crew revisited

Instead of furthering the arguement of one man vs. two or more how about sharing other safety related ideas here. For example do you keep your cell phone on your person at all times when on the job? Does anyone check in with you or your crew after the job is complete? If a crew is running late do you check on them?

I know when they arrive, I have contact with them during, (usually twice Via picture mail) and I know when they leave. I hope they don't have an accident on the way home, I'm in bed by then LOL.
