1 more week to the Closing

I have one more week to wait till the closing for my first house.
The house needs lots of cleaning. Any one know of a Pressure Waher Company I could use. heheheheheheheh

I made sure to point this out to the realtor I'm using. To make a long story short, he wants to see the house after I'm done and if it looks much better then before, he just might use me to clean the house's he has for sale. Good for his bottom line. (He's the #1 sales agent here for this company)

I'll post the photos and I'm sure I'll have a few or many ???'s for you guys.

Nice house. That 2 car detached garage looks like a nice home for some powerwashing equipment:) .

It looks like the deck in the back can use a good powerwashing with a sealer/stain afterwords and you'll be good to go.

Yes the garage will come in handy and it's heated with gas.

The deck does need a good cleaning and staining.

I need to do the cleaning to the house fast to get the realtors business. The sellers would most likely pay for the work based on the realtors advice.

Wow, a new home and built in referral service. Your new neighbors may knock down your door when they see what you can do. (they'll want to "keep up with the Scheaffers")

Congratulation On Your New Home.

Hi, Was wondering how you made out since your last post. Glad you were able to find this house. I know up North they are buying older homes as fast as they come on the market. Real Estate companies are a good source for extra income. The only thing you have to wait for your money, until the deal goes thru. Enjoy working on your new home you will appreciate it later. I will make sure to take lots of before and after photos.

We drove by it today and meet the sellers. It went well. She told me some of the stuff they are leaving.

Cari my little girl (4) picked out her bedroom already and she also can't wait to ride her bike. The streets are all flat, no hills like were I live now. In her words ( I sooo asight ded, I'm, freaking out)

Me I can't wait to fix up the garage. After cleaning it out I'm going to paint the floor. If you get the Handyman mag. that's how I want it too look like.

Ok, now here's the first ?. What would you do if you had 4 unused telephone pole's on your property? ( their father was into ham radios)

The one near the driveway I was thinking of putting a basketball hoop and a USA Flag above that and cut off the remaining part.
But what do I do with the others. How about 3 very tall lightning rods.

What would you Do?
