I almost forgot Steven, make sure to ALWAYS turn the fan on when using Duct Smoker. The heat from the fire will usually take out most of the smoke, but leaving the fan on will ensure that plenty of oxygen will get in to the ducts and also carry out all of the smoke.

Well I tell ya, I cant remember the last time I did a job and finished lookin as clean as ole Steve there. What kinda restaurant was that? Looked like a real sweet job to me.

3 things to clean that duct

1) A lot of Caustic Soaking
2) Scrape as far as you can
3) Use my trusty rotating duct nozzle

I can Clean it

But it would be pretty damn expensive!!!!!!!
