    So long pump spayers

I'm finally gonna get rid of my manual pump sprayers and upgrade to a electric 115v chemical sprayer likely a shurflo. What PSI/GPM's would be comparible to manual pump sprayers? I'm using them just for applying soap (still brushing a few), cleaners and acid for fleet washing. Any recommendations?

    Burner nozzle

Can anyone tell me the difference between a "solid" and "hollow" type burner nozzle? I usually use the "A" type which I believe is solid. But there is also a "W" type that is hollow. Can I use either?

All the school buses up here come with rear heaters in them. So once you find a heater just tee into one of your trucks 1" heater hoses on the return side and run it to the back of your truck where you want your heater, and run another from the heater back to the water pump. But you're best to...

    Vibrating hose

I've got a TS2021 pump and the hose is vibrating under load and in by-pass so I replaced o-rings and valves, which usually fixes it, but not this time. Will worn packing cause this vibrating too? I don't seem to have any leaks in the water supply and the filter is free of debris. I've also...

Had an obstruction somewhere in my system that I isolated to my coil. Tried reversing the water flow via my garden hose to see if it would dislodge it, but to no avail. Tried compressed air didn't work. Any ideas out there before I end up ordering a new coil which will keep me out of work for a...

    ZK1 Lifespan

I use a ZK1 unloader on my system but only get a maximum of 500 hrs on it before I notice a drop in head pressure and cycling into by-pass mode while under pressure, resulting in replacement of the K1. I have disassembled all of my used unloaders and have noticed wear on the side and end of the...

    Downstream injector mystery

I'm running a robokim #2 downstream chem. injector on a 3500 psi/4.5gpms with a dual lance wand and it will not draw any chemicals even at the lowest pressure (no nozzle). But it does suck briefly as soon as I squeeze the trigger, but only for a second. I've had it apart and there is no...
