More pictures. I couldn't get my good one of the bottom of the coil to load, but it's basically two rings with flame nozzles on them. No fan as this is not a forced air burner.
Near as I can tell everything on the heat side is 24volt (not 240) so I'm hoping it'll be easy to use these parts and just add some kind of converter and a battery to run off 12v. Here are the details and some photos. Any help with the wiring would be appreciated.

I picked up a used skid with a bad pump on it for super cheap on CL. Its an old 1994 Karcher 220v/24v Propane unit with a water cooled motor. I was just wanting to basically cut the skid in half and have a little 12v hotbox. I started digging into it and I can't believe how complicated the...
Does adding isopropyl to a pure water tank and circulating through a 12v pump for long term winterizing damage the seals, valves, and diaphragms in the pump? I think I've heard that ethanol damages plastics and rubbers so I wonder about other alcohols. I don't want to use anti-freeze cause I...
I have a PA RL51 trigger gun that was leaking like crazy. Took it apart and the ceramic ball and spring are good, but there appears to be no seat or oring to form a seal downstream of the ball. I found a parts diagram showing they're supposed to be there. Oh well. Anybody sell that? I'd...
We came in after a crew soda blasted a residential driveway to strip paint. Their project was off and on over a few weeks due to weather but then we went right in there and soft-washed the house down. We downstreamed a pretty sudsy mix of PM for Bleach to neutralize the soda, then did a very...
I have to cleanup a large area that had smoke damage from a neighboring fire. Normally the wastewater from these surfaces would not be a concern to the local authorities (no harsh chems or oils etc), but with the soot from the smoke I'm hoping to prefilter that out. Is there any way to filter...
Anybody who's done this before able to help me estimate a couple things? This would be for a soap and power wash. Might include towel drying the marble/polished stone ones so as not to leave hard water spots.

Does anyone have any tips on mix strength or customizing the mix for heavily mildewed EIFS. I'm assuming its like stucco and just needs a mix in between roof strength and house wash strength with extra dwell time, but if anybody has really honed it in or found an additive like sodium hydroxide...
Having an issue with a deck we just stained. A couple long narrow parts of a couple of boards just won't take any stain. We stripped, neutralized, sanded the knots that still had some stain, and tested the moisture at between 6 and 12%. Applied Ready Seal. Went back and tried 4 or 5 coats and...
Can I run a battery cable from the negative terminal of the battery to the frame of a trailer/vehicle sheet metal, or does it have to be grounded to the powerwasher skid that has the starter on it? The skid I have in mind is bolted into some wood, not touching any metal in the vehicle.
I bid a 2nd level deck (cedar 2x4's for decking, about 10 years old, never before cleaned or sealed) and there is this weird bright white stuff on the bottom underside of the deck that the client wants removed. They already attempted to clean the deck themselves and used an off the shelf liquid...
I'm curious how the internals of soap injectors work. Is there a minimum pressure differential between the spray nozzle and the nozzle inside the injector to cause a draw? The reason I ask is because I'd like to know if I can get a downstream injector to work on a 4.5 gpm pump with a maximum PSI...
Anybody have any experience with a sliding ladder rack for the interior of a cargo van? I'm looking for one that will work on the side wall of my Sprinter van, and can handle a multi-ladder. The only model I've found so far is the Weatherguard 250.
So I took apart my generator (Porter Cable PH350is) hoping to pull the honda engine off of it to use on a sprayer, well I gave up since its seized to the shaft and now I can't figure out how to rewire it. There were two red cables going into some cylindrical thing, and one red and one green...
Just replaced the starter solenoid on my Kohler command 18 and after i hooked it up, the starter sounded good but there was a big spark on the positive battery cable right where it connects to the battery. I tried it a couple times and had the same thing. I didn't keep turning it enough to see...
What's your m.o. on new construction flatwork? Surface cleaner or power rinse. If you surface clean do you worry about the cream coat...if you power rinse how do you get the tire marks off? I've done it both ways and neither seems to be the perfect solution so I'm hoping someone can teach me a...
So I gave it a closer look by removing the screw circled in red and bending the shroud back and re-starting the engine. That leak has nothing to do with the screw but I saw the following. Behind the shroud about where the yellow circle is...there forms several drops of oil, I think they might be...
I have two problems to address with my 18hp vanguard. I noticed some oil on the wall of my van and on the engine muffler but couldn't trace the source till I cleaned up the engine block. When I fired it back up I couldn't recreate the spray but I found two leaks. See the attached pic. The worst...
