Do all small "Tag" trailers need brakes??? I have them on both axles on all my but is it a must with small trailers with say 325gal tank and machine with reels only?

How hot can you get a burner before it starts causing problems??? I know you can change nozzles, or change water nozzle size to get more heat! Which is best???
