You should have celeste advertise that round table event. Contractor events does a great job.

I think the first time I installed one of those, it took about 10 - 15 minutes to install 3 of them. If you have a bigger fan, you can just install more of them to take the weight.

I honestly think those guys are selling them short at the price they offer them for. Similar quality hinges go for double the price anywhere else and no hinge on the market is as easy to install.
 
Ok .. I am just ticked tonight ... I am trying to buy another house that I could clearly buy with cash but I am trying to finance it .. I got a great credit score and great income but I got a nut for a mortgage agent ... Dang... These people have really upset me... Anyway your right .. the hinges are better.... I am just about to go nuts over this house thing ... I think I am just going to go grab 60,000 out of the bank and buy the damn thing...
 
Matt only problem is I have to get my child in Benton Academy if we move.. It seems like my luck is just not going to be good on this.. I think I just got a slow mortgage agent.. However she did email me just now and said she would call me in the morning.. We found a 57,000 dollar house .. Its a really nice 3 bdrm 2 bath house , in the country and most houses in the area sale for around 80,000.. It also has a nice workshop outback with one of those lift up garage doors.. The real beauty of this house is that the academy where my daughter will be going to school is about 200 yards down the hill in our backyard... I just got to buy it.. Got a 5.98 fixed intrest rate..
 
If you come to mississippi you have to bring the sales machine and offer me a position on the staff.. The hood cleaning business is booming due to shotty work from fly by nighters and now we have a new state insurance commisioner as well as a new state fire inspector .. These 2 guys are cracking down on this hood cleaning thing.. I had a fire inspector call me last week and ask me all about a KP system I had inspected for a customer.. I also had a customer call yesterday , he is relocating some of his appliances and nozzle placement is a big issue with him.. He said not more than one day did I move my appliances and I get a suprise visit from the fire inspector... Thats what I am talking about.. More and more Business...
As far as the House in the country it is a sweet deal ..not only does it have a small shop but I am also buying the small lot next to it , I have been told that since it is not in the city limits I can build a large shop on the vacant lot , the only rule to build is that if it has a potty or shower it has to have a septic tank... So since its next to the house thats no problem.. I was also told that there is no law in Benton concerning the placement of signs, thus a smal sign on the shop and a small sign on the road... I figure with all the log trucks, wildlife and fish commision, and other trucks running down hwy 16 I should get alot of fire extinguisher recharge customers..
 
I was just pulling your leg about MS John, but I wouldn't be coming out there for hoods. I partnered up with a guy a while back that flips houses and it is getting really slow out here. This is the first time we haven't either been working on one, or in escrow in about 5 years. The market is really rough here. We even did one of those foreclose auctions last weekend and it was a bust.
