How hard can it be ??? Just take a pressure washer to it. You see guys doing it all the time. It's not like you have to go to school and get a licence, or need any training, it's just a pressure washer!!!!!!!!

I guess if the yellow tip won't get it with cold water, maybe the red one will??

We clean 2 properties now that have this kind of damage.My initial evaluation was that the last guy was using entirel to much pressure.What I discovered was that just about any pressure would cause the problem due to extremely soft concrete.
I have been removing gum at 1000psi with the tip about 12" from the surface to minimize any further damage.In this case I can't lame full blame on the last contractor for damaging the substrate since the substrare in and of itself was not right from day one,but I do fault them for not knowing enough too determine what was the root cause of the problem.

Yes, max out the unloader, put the under sized red tip in and dig that gum up!!!!

If the concrete is that soft, some times i will get the burner real hot almost steam and then use the chemical tip to remove the gum. High heat and very low pressure..

I usually find that 180 to 200 works well
